I invited some of Sage’s top brass to tell us what makes a good leader. But I added a couple of unexpected twists to catch them off guard. By twists I mean kids, causing them to ditch any formulaic answers. It was a campaign about what makes a leader good and it went down a storm. The format got repeated with Peter Jones.
