The Coca-Cola Company
Team Spirit

Another one of my fave bits of work (and it took me to Nashville!)

Coca-Cola started selling alcohol in a can. That came with some hefty rules (‘can’t do this, can’t do that’) and even heftier risks. Our job was to make Coke’s people own the rules.

Coke asked for a boring PDF, but we created Team Spirit instead - a global, behaviour change platform that turned those can’ts into cans.

We presented it to Coke CEO James Quincy (he loved it), and that’s when I blagged a trip to Nashville, Tennessee to explain it all to Coke’s top global marketeers.

To own the rules, you need to know the rules. So we created The Beermat Manifesto Episodes. 3 of 10 below.

CAMP JACK

We took 12 Coke people from around the globe on a learning trip of a lifetime to Nashville and the home of Jack Daniels in Tennessee.

I caught TV Death live at a swampy Newcastle gig and asked them there and then if I could use this track
