The Coca-Cola Company
Team Spirit
Another one of my fave bits of work (and it took me to Nashville!)
Coca-Cola started selling alcohol in a can. That came with some hefty rules (‘can’t do this, can’t do that’) and even heftier risks. Our job was to make Coke’s people own the rules.
Coke asked for a boring PDF, but we created Team Spirit instead - a global, behaviour change platform that turned those can’ts into cans.
We presented it to Coke CEO James Quincy (he loved it), and that’s when I blagged a trip to Nashville, Tennessee to explain it all to Coke’s top global marketeers.
